Course Activities
The course will be divided into
ten modules. Throughout the course, activities
will include a combination of assignments from
the text, response to on-line discussion topics,
review materials, and a motion analysis project
on principles covered in the course.
Text assignments, discussions
and review materials are aligned with the modules
of the course. The motion analysis project will
require the student to demonstrate understanding
of principles covered during the course.

Learning Strategies and Evaluation
Methods
This course will present basic
information regarding physiological adaptations
to physical activity, principles of program design
for a variety of populations and will provide
practical opportunities for implementing principles
in a real-world situation.
